Ribeye or chicken thigh rolls with rice and beans, and daily Cuban specials on request.

Flan, guava and cheese empanadas and turrón de coco.

How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, especially for weekends and holidays. Send your date through the quote form and we will confirm availability right away.
Do you travel outside South Florida?
Yes. We cater events across Florida, including Orlando, Tampa Bay, Southwest Florida, Jacksonville, Tallahassee and the Panhandle. Travel is included in your custom quote.
How many guests can you serve?
From intimate backyard parties to large festivals. Tell us your headcount and we will size the crew and menu to keep the line moving.
What does the truck need on site?
A level, drivable spot near your guests. We confirm space, access and any power needs with you before the event.
Can you accommodate vegetarian or dietary needs?
Yes. Fritas come in beef, chicken or veggie, and we offer a zucchini frita with charred tomato salsa. Let us know about allergies when you book.
Do you offer a catering menu with set pricing?
Our full menu and catering packages are being finalized. Request a quote and we will build a menu and price for your event.
